Fibromyalgia Recommendations

The ideal program for Fibromyalgia includes some of the following recommendations. It takes a while to change from the average modern lifestyle to living a natural, healthy lifestyle.

There are various ways to build up our bodies. As a naturopath, I am foremost a nutritionist. The body can do amazing things if it has the tools (most of which are the size of a molecule) that it needs. They are mostly found in fruits and vegetables.

Before discussing these nutrients further, be sure you are also doing the following a little at a time. Do not make too many changes all at once. Make one to two major changes per week.

Diet & Nutrition: Remove junk foods (like cookies and chips) and processed foods (like white bread). Avoid fast food.

• Remove soda from your diet.

• The best foods are those that you cook on the stove or oven from scratch or eat raw. Memorize this list: Fresh, raw fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, whole grains, seeds and nuts.

Use Xylitol as your sweetener. Also safe for Diabetics. Do not use artificial sweeteners.


• Avoid the use of the microwave.


Get adequate sleep - that's 8-9 hours per night. And try not to sleep more than that. It can irritate Fibromyalgia to get too little or too much.

• EMFs: Keep all items that have ElectoMagnetic Frequencies at least 6 feet away from your bed. They can disturb your sleep. That includes alarm clocks, cell phones and anything plugged in.


Exercise at least 4 times per week for at least a half an hour. Some light weightlifting is extremely helpful for keeping the muscles strong. Also cardiovascular exercise will help clean your lymph system and get oxygen to your muscles. Alternate the two. Build up slowly.


Ergonomics: Be sure your work station is set up to work with your body and not against it.


Flush the toxins out of your body one organ at a time.


Drink distilled water. There are 10 types of water to drink. Distilled is the best. Add trace minerals to it.


pH Balance: Check your pH to see if you are too acid or too alkaline.


Candida: See if you have yeast overgrowth. It is very common and will irritate Fibromyalgia symptoms if it is an issue. It can be kept under control.


Enzyme therapy: Enzymes are the single most important thing you can do to improve your diet.


Supplement Recommendations

We live in a time when food has become a big business. It is being grown in the same soil each year. So the soil has very little left to give as far as nutrition.Oour food has only a small fraction of the nutrients that food had a hundred years ago.

That has lead many to acquire vitamin and mineral deficiencies. So supplementation recommendations has become a necessity.

Quality Assurance: The most important thing about taking supplements is to know that the company that you use is dependable and trustworthy in every way, especially as far as quality is concerned. Vitamin, Antioxidant, Omega 3 - Super Trio The most important nutrients for Fibromyalgia are some of the most common. For many, taking the Super Trio pack each day takes care of many of these deficiencies and they find that within 3 months 80% of their symptoms are gone. Then you can narrow down to the other 20% to see what you can work on next.


Ionic Minerals: Remember that each system in the body needs different minerals. For example, your bones need calcium, your muscles and bowels need magnesium, the thyroid needs iodine (not the synthetic iodine that is added to table salt - that is the cause of most thyroid troubles), etc. So minerals are extremely important.


Magnesium: Since magnesium is the mineral that feeds the muscles I have found that, anyone with fibromyalgia, needs to add Fibralgia to the Super Trio right up front. Don't wait for the 3 months to end. I find that if I take it on an empty stomach with CoQ10, I can feel my my muscles release within 20 minutes. This is one of my top recommendations.


Antioxidant Drink: Super ORAC is part of the Super Trio. I want to list this separately in case you are not getting the Super Trio in the pack. As an antioxidant, Thai-Go is even stronger than Super ORAC. It is twice as strong as other competetive antioxidant juices on the market.
