I am choosing some that are especially good for eating raw in a way that doesn't include crunching on hard vegetables in a salad or drinking a smoothie (though we hope that is in your daily diet too). Variety and good tasting food are key to sticking with any food plan.Spices are also very important. Find recipes that include a lot of spices, onions, garlic, parsley and other flavorful foods.
