Pain and Solutions

I can tell a major difference in my pain levels over all when I don't use the Joint Support, don't sleep well, or don't drink water, or drink alcohol. Any one of these can throw me off balance enough to cause body pain. With water, exercise, and proper vitamins and minerals... which is sometimes very, very hard for me. But I can tell the difference.

Enough suffering, and I get back on track. Even when I cannot sleep, if I stay in the bed and let the body rest I benefit better than getting up and roaming around or working at the computer. I stay in bed a minimum of 9 hours to let the body recover from the day's use and prepare for the next use. I think with more exercise, I could decrease that... but I am human!!!
