Food Sensitivity Test
The food sensitivity test can give you a lot of information and is FREE. It does take some time to test the various foods you eat on a regular basis. But it is very much worth it. As foods are identified and eliminated from your diet, you may find that mysterious symptoms such as fatigue and body pain will go away. You will feel a lot better throughout the day. A great food sensitivity test is the allergy pulse test. For the food allergy pulse test, check your pulse for one minute just before getting out of the bed in the morning. This should be your lowest pulse reading of the day (unless your allergy is from somehting you are breathing while you are in bed such as dust, dander, smoke, pollen, paint, carpet glue, etc.) Record this reading. Then check and record your pulse before eating and again 45 minutes later. The pulse should be checked about 10 times that day - before and after testing 5 foods. The rule of thumb is that if a food raises a pulse seven beats per minute or more, it is a problem food for that person. It could also be something on the food, like pesticides or chemicals sprayed on it or an additive. It is best to test single foods rather than entire meals at a time. If you find you react to eating strawberries, for example, you might try organic strawberries the next time. Keep in mind that other things can cause the heart to race as well. Where I live, crops are sprayed a few times a year and there is a factory nearby. So there are many possibilities. And there could be multiple triggers to cause changes in the pulse rate. This is not only a food sensitivity test. It can be used to test non food items. With the process of elimination, you could test why your heart rate is high before you even get out of the bed. Try hypoallergenic pillowcases and bedding. Try a different room in the house. It would be good to test your household cleaners. Cleaners cause a lot of sicknesses each year. Using natural cleaners such as baking soda, vinegar, water or an all natural, all purpose cleaner that has no dangerous chemicals.
