If you have an acid pH, your body is struggling to keep the fluids at the proper acid/alkaline balance. It is extremely important to make a few changes in your lifestyle.You dont have to drastically overhaul your lifestyle or even your diet. But you need to make a few changes. The three biggest things you can do for your body are: 1. Start your day each morning with 2-4 pieces of fresh fruit. Wait an hour and then eat your regular whole grain breakfast or eggs. 2. Eat a large plate of mixed vegetables some time during the day. Once this becomes a habit, you will miss it if you can't get to it one day. 3. Don't eat meat every day. Cut meat back to 2-3 times a week and only 3 ounces when you eat it. Likely, you will still need a boost to get your pH up to where you want it. Unfortunately, we cannot get enough minerals out of our diet to make up for all the acid-forming foods we eat in our society. Most fruits and vegetables are grown in depleted soil so they too are depleted. You will need to get some good quality calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium (not salt) into your supplement program. 1. >Ionic Minerals with Acai is my favorite. It has over 70 trace minerals. 2. Anything green helps the body correct an acid pH. Chlorophyll is extremely effective. Taking Ultimate Greenzone is like eating an extra serving of rich vegetables. Enzymes are important to breakdown your food properly so that it can be used on a cellular level. If you can't break it down, it does no good to eat it or take it into your body. 4. I recommend doing either the CleanStart or the Tiao He Cleanse. They both have the liver and kidney cleanse included. 5. Do not take calcium carbonate - the body cannot use it and it can often leave deposits. Look for a calcium citrate or phosphate. Skeletal Strength is excellent. 6. Take protease with every meal that contains meat. Protease helps digest protein and meat. 7. Avoid red meat, cheese and nuts. 8. Eat high fiber foods with acidophilus. 9. Take 1000 mcg Vitamin B12 with Probiotics. 10. Drink 8 glasses of water a day 11.
