Infix PDF Editor

Infix makes it possible to run my business and work with the barrage of papers and files. I am constantly search and altering documents for all of the information about herbs, supplements, illnesses or other health issues, treatments, iridology, kinesiology and the many other modalities of natural health.

It is great to be able to open a pdf and not only fill in forms but change existing text as if it was in a word processor such as MS Word. I have used at two or three other PDF Editors and it was always very frustrating to create the little text box exactly where it needs to go and then get the font to match the form that is there. This program is different.

Let me give an example as to how it is different. Infix allows me to import a pdf from an herbal company I work with. I can then stamp it with my business logo and address, phone number etc. I can even add the price and options right on that same flyer - and it looks great.

The simplicity and ease of use is very important so that I can spend more time with clients and less time working on advertising and forms.

I had a bad experience with another pdf editor just a few months ago. I had filled out a form and sent it to a company I work with. They wrote back and asked me to change part of it. That sounds like it would not be a problem but it would not let me do it. I was able to change it by creating a white out spot and typing over it. I then saved it and sent it again. She informed me that it had not been changed. I opened it on my end and it seemed to be changed. But the glitch was that when opened from adobe, it opened the first one I did and did not record changes once it saved. It happened again later and that is when I started looking for a new pdf editor. I'm so glad I did since Infix PDF Editor is so much easier to use. It will save me a lot of time (and embarrassment) in the future.
